By using LeadYup, you agree to these terms.
LeadYup provides a widget you embed on your website to capture leads, with AI-driven copy, A/B testing, and behavior-based triggers. We offer a Free tier and paid tiers (Pro, Business).
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. One person/company per account. Free tier accounts inactive for 12+ months may be archived.
You may not use LeadYup to:
You are the data controller for leads captured via your widgets. You must provide your visitors with a privacy policy and obtain consent where legally required. Your popup has a GDPR consent checkbox enabled by default.
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; you'll keep your plan until the end of the paid period.
Annual plans get prorated refunds for unused months. Monthly plans are non-refundable but you keep access until cycle end.
Free and paid plans have feature gates (widgets count, white-label, AI hot-page, etc.) but we never block your popups from showing — that would hurt your business. We'll email you when usage approaches plan limits.
We target 99.9% uptime. If we fall below that in a billing month, you can request a prorated credit.
You can delete your account anytime — all data is removed within 30 days. We can suspend accounts violating Section 3 with notice.
LeadYup is provided "as is". Our liability is capped at the amount you paid in the last 12 months. We're not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue from popups, or your data-protection-law violations.
We may update these terms. Material changes get 30 days notice via email.
These terms are governed by Estonian law (EU). Disputes resolved in Tallinn courts. Consumer protections in your country still apply.
